I’ve been coming here for a while about a year now and I get it we (are in a health crisis) I have no problem with waiting or being patient... although this is the first time dealing with this from this company. I had walked in with tons of questions as I like to know everything I’m smoking or consuming. I had the pleasure of pairing up with someone who not only did they not have any knowledge of the products I was looking at they couldn’t even talk to me without having a side conversation with a complete separate customer! I was asked are you done? As if they wanted me to hurry out of there... so after talking with someone else I waited for a lovely gentleman who kindly helped me with all of my questions and even gave me some recommendations to some amazing products. I would say out of half of the employees need to do some serious research and study to explain flower products other than “yea it will get you really high”? Seems as though its getting sloppy with the hires or they fake it till they make it. And it shows.. Would not recommend going in it’s a roll of dice what you will get.

Friendly staff, who will say hello. Some of them will stare at you until you are ready to order. Ordering for pick up is a pain. I waited an hour just to be sure my order was ready. Recieved a text saying my order was ready, but when I arrived I still had to wait 45 minutes to get my order. The delivery system is absolutely terrible. They have one van for ALL orders. I waited nearly four hours for them to say they were on the way, then waited another hour and a half for them to show up. Also had to walk to an ATM, because their debit machine wasn't working. Great product, but horrible services.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years now. They always have a good selection and good prices. Since the shelter in place order has happened, I do feel as though they haven't been as attentive. I always do my ordering online and I pick a time. I arrive on time and I have waited in my car for up to an hour before anyone even came to my car... The people who I saw arrive 10-20 minutes after me, were helped and left before. This has happened to me three times now. I understand its hard times right now but I feel as though a better solution needs to happen. Maybe the security guard could start writing down every license plate or vehicle description of every car who enters, to help keep track? Id like to stay loyal to this dispensary but Im an essential worker too and I don't have time to wait 30-60 minutes to pick up my order I placed for a specific time frame. Anyway, I do appreciate you guys being open during this time. I really hope ya'll figure out a better solution <3

This place was swamped when I tried to go here on a Monday at 9:50 AM. I placed an online order at 9 AM to be completed by 10:15 (earliest possible time to order for, which sucks already) when I get there the place is swamped. Parking lot is busier than I've ever seen before. I parked in a spot and tried calling one of the two numbers provided and you have to keep dialing again and again until you can get ahold of the staff. They just have 2 cell phone lines and you can't wait on hold, that system is terrible. It took me 10 minutes and calling each number about 15 times until I got lucky. I was told my order was ready and would be brought out quickly. (It was just one product)After 20 minutes I asked the security guard who is probably one of the nicest people on Earth about what's going on, but he was of no help and I had to leave without being able to get what I wanted as I didn't plan on spending more than 30 minutes picking up a pre-ordered item. Pretty disappointing and something that could easily be fixed by either using a proper phone system to be able to wait on hold or by allowing online check-in and clearer instructions at each parking spot. The way this is conducted right now is terrible and chaotic and clearly doesn't work. Won't go here anymore until this is fixed or they let people walk in again.

Great budtenders they ate all knowledgable. Prices are not listed with tax so sometimes that is a blow. But depending on your location, sometimes this is really your only option and the prices aren't the worst. Quality of the bus has always good never anything superb based on the purchases that I've made. You can use a card but they have a fee, round up and then give you the cash back. Which is still better than pulling out cash.

Good place, decent prices, good selection, some of the lowest prices in Sacramento. they quote you and post the out the door price, which is super helpful. Security is really cool and I've never seen them trip hella hard on any one or lose their cook, even when the person deserved it. Front desk staff could be friendlier...most of the time there nice enough, but this on has a blah attitude and never smiles.

A lot of weed dispensaries I've been going to since they open, hey Ben flip flops since then, (but for the better) Under New Management, a lot of dispensaries that I go to now, been going to since thay open, Alpine!! when I first went there it was very expensive, now different owner, I guess!! it's nice, clean,nice workers, in price is okay, it can be better but it has good product, good quality stuff, so good quality and price it goes together!!! Alpine, I'm not going to recommend you go check it out, just going to take it out.... I bought a 8th of Mike Larry THC 28 .68 price 26.98 they gave you 20% off first time visit, that add up to 21.25 OD!! its up to you to make your decision....

So i took my girlfriend in this place for the first time as i have already been in a few myself. We got 2 different products and one of them was the wrong product at a lower qualty for the same price. We called a few times and after reaching a person we were placed on hold for like 20 min and when they came back they said hold for 1 more minutes and then we got hung up on. After multiple failed attempts at getting back through we waited a few days and called back. We spoke with an employee that said the manager was busy and took my number for a call back. Not long after we received a call back from a young man claiming to be a manager and we explained getting a lesser product on accident and also explained that we had made numerous attempts that failed to contact them about the issue as well as being hung up on. The young man said all he could do was offer 10% off a next purchase which is insult to injury after thinking the manager could maybe correct the problem instead of the insult of a 10% off next purchase. It is so sad that the mistake was made and for a place that has good meds and friendly staff to just leave a patient feeling ripped off. I can think of at least 7 places that would maybe not throw us a bunch of free things but would make it feel a lot more right than the 10% off next purchase. We are at a loss of multiple phone calls and time spent plus gas prices went up and driving there costs as well. I really had more faith in them than they showed me and i disappointed they hung up on us after waiting almost 20 min on the phone followed by nothing for day's. And to vibe, you could have done better than to have a manager be short on the phone and not try to fix the mistake instead of getting rid of us cause you don't wanna be on the phone cause you just opened and ur store was busy smh...

The staff was extremely rude, I got lost on the way there and ended up about 10 min before closing (I only needed to pick up one thing) and the security guard started yelling at me say "we are CLOSED, CLOSED FOR BUSINESS." I was courteous and simply asked where the entrance was so that next next time I wouldn't so much time looking for the place and he was extremely rude and condescending, instead of simply saying 'sorry, we just closed up'. I won't be coming back or spending a single cent at this place and you shouldn't either if this is how they teach their potential customers.
