Feedback:
The nurses were not doing their jobs very well. My grandma had a very bad experience at this hospital and passed away. She had even lost much blood when she had a tube in her neck, but she was not shown any care. My father had the same exact problems as my grandma, but he saw everything that had happened to my grandma and decided not to go the this hospital and went to UCS instead. He received excellent care and did not face any problems at all. The nurses at UCS were very friendly. I think the surgeon/doctors are okay at Anaheim Regional, but the nurses are not very good at their jobs. I would not recommend this hospital.
Feedback:
The nurses and staff are very rude and do not do their jobs very well. My grandma had a very terrible experience at this hospital and had many conflicts with the nurses. When she had a tube in her neck, she started bleeding a lot and the nurses did not pay any attention to her. My grandma passed away due to many health issues that occurred after her heart surgery because the doctors did not warn us about the problems that could occur. She had terrible experiences at this hospital and my dad learned from this. My dad later had the exact same problem and needed to get open heart surgery. He went to USC Keck Medical Center and got so much more care from the nurses and had no problems with the doctors or nurses. He got his surgery and is recovering just fine and the doctor even said if he came just two days late to the hospital, he could have been paralyzed, but I’m sure if he happened to go to Anaheim Regional, he would have been paralyzed for sure(even though he would never go to that hospital anymore anyway.) I would not recommend Anaheim Regional at all.

Worst ER I've been to! I'm still currently waiting. It's been HOURS! My family member is throwing up and has painful stomach aches. They say they'll call when they have a bed and it's been HOURS since we were told that. There's people who have been here before I even got here and there still waiting. Worst hospital I've been to so far.

This is the worst hospital ever if i could give it 0 stars i would.. I sat in emergency room for 8hours with severe chest pain and wasnt seen. I kept asking how much longer my pain is getting worse.. The Asian lady at front desk was very rude she said she was going to let nurse know. An hour later didnt hear nothing.. I guess you have to be dying to be seen. I would not recommend this emergency room to anybody....

We just had a baby at this hospital. All nurses were very nice and friendly. Helen and Lee in labor and delivery specifically took great care of both the mom and the baby. The facility does need a lot of upgrades. The bed for the partner in our room was broken. Plumbing in the bathroom had leaks. Despite all this, the fact that all nurses took good care of us and we took a healthy baby and mother home made our memories very special.

update on 12/10/19: it was originally 4 stars and I have to deduct one more to 3 stars. I need some documents for proof of hospital admission of my Dad to the hospital. The RN in the ward said it should be the duty of the social worker. From Friday (12/6/19) to today (12/10/19), I have been told the social worker will contact me by the RN daily when I visited. I checked with the RN and they logged the requests in the computer. However, the social worker obviously drop the ball and haven't contacted me on the details. I don't even know whom to talk to since the teams use initials in the log. Now, I still need the admission document even my Dad got discharged discharged from hospital yesterday (12/9/19). It concur with my little observation that the front line RNs, therapists, doctors are Ok but the support staffs have a complacent tendency.----------------------------------------------------original on 12/3/19:I brought my Dad in for ER around 10am in the morning. The RN, Krista, is professional, calm, reasonably friendly and most importantly, didn't miss a thing at all among 3 or 4 patients on her side of ER ward. I would really like to give 5 stars for my experience but I need to deduct 1 star not because of Krista but because some other support staffs for they are not as efficient as her. E.g., My dad made a mess on the floor and the cleaning staff took two hours to show up to clean. My dad was admitted to the ward to stay longer. We waited for at least another 4 hours and nobody came to transfer him to the room even though the room was assigned already. I have to leave to bring my mom home at 7pm and he was still waiting for the room from 3pm and I don't know how much longer he has to wait.I read some other 1 star reviews too. This is the second time I bring in my Dad. Both times are not as bad as some other people described. I guess it really depends on the personal quality of each staff.

A few weeks ago I went to the E.R to bring in my uncle who had issues with ringing in his ears and headaches. About 4 hours later, we were able to see a doctor and they took some scans and x-rays. Then waiting about another hour for the results to come in and the doctor me about 30 second overview. Now I understand that doctors are very busy but they didn't really tell me what to do with the papers and C.D they gave me. I was able to ask the doctor if I needed any printed results of the scans, x-rays, etc but told me that everything was on the C.D and to give to the family doctor. See as a second year high school student who's never been to e.r or anything like that, I was given basically no info. All I have given was about 1 paper with a quick overview of the diagnose and a C.D which had been told to give the family doctor. I made sure to ask one of the nurses if there was anything else that I needed to be given or to give to the family doctor but they told me nothing. So I left with my uncle and went home. Later on, when my mom took the paper and C.D to the family doctor, they told me that they needed some kind of info such as the results of the scan, test, etc. They told they couldn't read C.Ds/couldn't read the scan on the C.D and told my mom that she needed to go back to the medical center to ask for the printed scans, test, etc. Another option was to go online to follow instructions to make an account. But the thing is you can't make an account online because they need a photo copy of the patient's I.D (Which is understandable). The problem is no one told that I could make an account to see the scans, etc. until my family doctor called the AHMC. And they told my family doctor that I needed to go online and make an account which then was told to my mom and I. See, reading the instructions to make an account, it sounds like it would take up a couple weeks to get the account processed and etc but the family doctor wanted the result by the next day because of my uncle's on and off condition. So I've decided to go back to the medical center to get a hard copy of the results and hopefully someone will be able to directly to where I can get the results and not send me to 3 different places. Also, the whole process took a very long time. Maybe was busy hour or something but I remember only seeing about 2-3 other people waiting in the waiting. I got the e.r at 4pm and left at about 12am. Let's just say I pulled an all-nighter to finish homework and etc. Also most of the staff weren't too nice or helpful. One was them said I looked 10 years old which was funny but other wise I was looked over.
