I have nothing good to say about the Ilera products. The flower doesn't burn well so it's very wasteful, the cartridge I purchased was leaking and the disposable pen was faulty. Very bad quality more

It pains me to give such a negative rating to a place with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff and a very nice, very discreet facility. My bigger issues are with I guess what you would refer to as administration problems. First of all, their stock is very heavy on their Ilera-grown products---which makes sense given it's their product, but that shouldn't substitute for stocking a wider variety of companies. However, my biggest problem is with the inconsistencies between their menu and their actual stock and prices. I had actually started going to Liberty up in Norriton, where they have much more reasonable price points and variety, but there was a line out the door today so I decided to give Ilera another shot. Out of almost 7 strains I had earmarked in their print menu, 4 weren't even on the live menu----and then there are the discrepancies between the live menu itself and the actual stock. But most infuriating are the disparities between the pricing on the live menu and the actual cost. There were probably about 5 strains that were listed as $15/gram, of which I had selected 2--I had only $50 and was planning on getting those 2 and another strain for $20/gram. However, when I was rung up, the tab came to $60. I asked why and directed her attention to the prices on the menu behind her, at which point she asked the supervisor, who came over, took a look, and concluded that every one of the strains that were priced at $15/gram were errors that he needed to fix. Look, I'm sorry, but that basically amounts to a bait-and-switch (or price gouging). I specifically decided to go there based on their advertising of less expensive options...only to find out that once I got to the register, there were, in fact, none. I've spent a good chunk of my life managing retail environments, and although they are wholly different industries, they both thrive on customers leaving satisfied and therefore, likely to continue giving you their business...at that point, the appropriate thing to do would have been to charge me the erroneous listed prices and fix those errors for future sales. Instead, I left there with just half of what my $50 should have bought and a firm decision that they have all-but-permanently lost my business.

Unfortunately the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased 2 batteries, for cartridges, and 4 cartridges. When I went to use the product a couple days later, I realized that the "pharmacist" had given me concentrates. I called to explain the mix up, and was told on the phone that I could exchange for the products I intended to buy. When I came in to make the exchange, I was told by a Manager, that there was nothing they could do. I explained the situation again, and even gave the benefit of the doubt that it was simply human error, and that people make mistakes, meaning the pharmacist. The "Manager" then rudely told me that there is NO way any of his employees could make a human error like this? Who has the audacity to say that ever? Let alone to a customer! I am in the customer service business. Customer satisfaction should be the #1 priority. Human error is not possible? Might be the most absurd statement I have ever heard in my life! I will NEVER go back to this location, and I apologize to the other employees that have to tolerate working with someone so closed minded.

Grandpa's Garage Studio 7 suggests to get over here and get healthy. We are happy with Ilera Healthcare and the quality of their flower, very fresh. Be calm, happy and thankful then just head over to Ilera Healthcare. They are the best in Pennsylvania now and are the go to shop in PA. They sell to many other shops and are a great source of medicine in Pennsylvania, great job Ilera Healthcare Also, Ilera carries their own brand with many different selections of fresh flower which have the perfect amount of healing qualities to choose.

Tina, my pharmacist, was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I am a retired RN and respect her thorough review of my medical information, as well as her vast knowledge base. My care plan is actually a legitimate medical care plan which can evolve as needed and may help me eliminate some of my prescription pain medications that have more significant side effects. So far, the cannabis medicinals seem to be high quality with research to support the treatments. The Ilera process is efficient, yet the environment feels welcoming. The location is newly constructed, very accessible and of contemporary design. I am a very happy customer with renewed hope and a more positive outlook :-)
