THIS IS THE STORE ON SIERRA IN FONTANA.

No stars this time we buy the new whole-cut Wings chicken garlic wins and and there was no garlic flavor nothing on the Halloween just they just throw them to the to the oil and fry them and take them out and put them in a little container and give them to give them to us and they charged us like almost 12 + $17 and it's not fair there was no taste at all and no this is the first and last time I'm going to buy hot wings in there that's why no start no nothing no good comment for you for El Pollo Loco this time sorry

The chicken is delicious and healthy. Nice to get fast food that is also good for you. The plate options offer a variety of taste choices if you want a full meal ready to eat. One negative was the avocado named plate was made with only a tiny sliver of avocado and had to ask for more. Disappointing given that the meal was highlighted as being an avocado dish. Getting orders of chicken and select sized sides is always a good plan for taking home a yummy, healthy meal- and it does reheat well.

I love Pollo Loco but this location disappoints. Ordered a family pack that stated a free avocado salad and upon upgrading and using a coupon the salad was no longer available with the family pack because "it was now a different family pack" made no sense (False advertising and customer gets penalized for using coupon.) Cashier at drive thru was rude AF cutting me off when ordering and never returning to the window to provide condiments after giving my order. We were really looking forward to eating as we haven't for some time now and even my son stated the chicken tasted old and that even his school food looked fresher than what this chicken looked and tasted. Chicken pieces get smaller ever time. Literally look like quail size pieces.

Worst place to eat out of many Pollo Locos I've been to. This place has many health code violations; Employes eat while on the job, food is reused from the previous day, employees allowed to wear watches which creates cross- contamination, and employees don't wear hats while handling food, etc. Customer service is greatly unsatisfactory. Decided to give this location a try, the first time I ordered a chicken family meal the chicken was burnt and the tortillas were under cooked and cold. I decided to over see it, did not complain and decided to give it another try. Second and last time I purchased a few combos, the chicken tostada had only a few pieces of chicken in it, the lettuce was old, the tortillas were cold again!, the worst part was the rice inside the burritos, who knows how old that rice was it was so hard that for a second we thought we were biting on small chicken bones. Horrible! I would never go back to that location. I called the store three times and nobody answered.

Since when you have to ask if you want salsa ?..when the salsa is part of the menu or the deal you get.?My husband bought a loco salad(which is not cheap)no dressing!Then another trip to fetch the salsa.

Yesterday I went to this Pollo Loco Drive Thru and there were more than 7 cars infront of me. I watched the drivers placing their others thru the microphone. When it was time for me to place my order, NO ONE came to ask for my order. I waited for someone to take my order but NO ONE did.The wait was long, NO ONE took my order, so I proceeded to move forward without placing an order.It was early Dinner Time and I believe they were not ready for the rush!Why?When I finally got to the window, I was upset that NO ONE had taken my order. I asked the cashier Amanda, why NO One was there to take my order?Her response was that her head piece or microphone was NOT working properly,But, I did not believe her!THEY were not ready for that shift and did not want to take too many orders.That is really inexcusable!I would like to know where the Manager was?
