I read such awful reviews on this place as was so hesitant to go, but I did. It was a wonderful experience, from the time I walked in to the time I left. Everyone was so friendly, from reception to check out. About 2 weeks later, my husband had to go and he said his experience was also very good. Nicole Griffin was excellent!! Thank you to everyone there.

Went to CVS after my med express visit. Arrived at 8:02, 2 minutes afte the pharmacy window closed.al Was told I cannot receive my pills. I was then Informed that I could go to the CVS in California to get my prescription filled. Arrived at the 2nd CVS only to find out that they could not in fact fill my prescription. Glad to see there are health care workers who truly don't care about you and lie to your face.

Been here a few times before I had an established primary care doctor. This place is next to worthless. Unless you have the sniffles, you are better off going to the ER. Not only do the docs/RNs/PA's like to give you an overly generalized diagnosis (which has been flat wrong 4/5 times with them) to get you out of the door as fast as possible, but they won't do basic medical procedures here. They'll just send you to the ER anyways....after waiting an hour...then two...maybe three in the waiting room and an hour in the exam room.Save your money and time and either beg a local doctor to see you or go to the ER.

Only reason I’m giving one star is because of the waiting room and Triage room was clean. Front office staff was friendly. But they don’t care about your well being. My 3 year old son was given medication by them that made him throw up. I simply asked them to give him something to help with nausea so he could keep down the medicine and the little he was drinking and eating. They preceded to tell me it would take a day or two to get back to me on a answer. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be back.

Okay, sure you're busy but waiting 3 hours and haven't even seen a doctor yet? At this point, I'm under the assumption this whole place is run by one person who is constantly changing into different costumes. It's pathetic. I mean, come on, you have express in your name. If you can't properly staff a sufficient amount of employees, shut down and leave room for a facility that can properly function. Also let me point out that the room I'm sitting in has bugs in the florescent light housings. I guess the word "sanitary" does exist here. You're better off using WebMD to diagnose yourself than coming here.

Front desk guy was bothered to be helping me. Sharon, the lady taking temperature and blood pressure said "you must be real sick to be coming in here 2 minutes before we close. You must be REAL SICK to be coming in here 2 minutes before we close." I looked at her like "did you really just say that"I wasn't there to get xrays or anything complicated I have a cold and needed to get something safe during pregnancy. The doctor was very nice but the staff need to keep rude comments to theirselves.

The Med Express started out really great when it first opened (as most things do), but then I was surprised how well they continued to preform after a few shift changes and feeling out the area. Whenever I went in, no matter how busy, I was treated promptly and the staff was incredibly respectful. However; and here comes my Karen moment, the last time I went in there it absolutely was the worst place to be ever. The staff was rude beyond all means, the waiting room was hearing all their gossip and disgruntlement as well. The wait was FOREVER and they took an additional HOUR to see me once I was in the waiting room. Then 30 minutes to come in and say "um well we don't really know what's wrong but here is medicine just in case". I would suggest having lots of patience when you go for a visit. Hopefully their next staff rotation is better, and hopefully the coming competition pushes them to be better.

Came in at 1. Not very busy. Explained to the intake person that we need to be out by 3:20 pm to pick our young daughter up from bus stop. She said we had more than enough time because they were not busy. Took an hour and a half to finally get called back. See the nurse and explain again that we have to pick up our daughter from the bus. She says xrays will be taken right away - no one ahead of us. 20 minutes later and still waiting for X-ray to be done. In 10 minutes we have to leave. Been here over 2 hours and it’s not even busy. NEVER AGAIN

We’re new to the area and I literally don’t know where many things are at. My son complained of his ear hurting, stuffy nose and cough. I figured to take him here as it is close to our home. The lack of professionalism and care is definitely evident and that’s just at trying to check in. The young ladies at the desk looked like they couldn’t care any less to get anyone checked in. I was told there was 5 ahead that needed to be checked in. Meanwhile, 3 others walked in and was checked in immediately. I ended up leaving and going to the other urgent care for my son. I can only imagine if this is how the receptionists treat new clients then the doctors can’t be any better. I get that many people have different health concerns and needs however at least act like you care and are concerned. These young ladies definitely do not need to be the face of MedExpress since they were busy on their phones at the desk.

Went there on Sunday for what I thought was a UTI. Stayed in the room for almost two hours before a doctor came in and then when she came in she didn’t even check me, she prescribed me antibiotics for a respiratory infection. I had no symptoms of a respiratory infection!!!!!! I went to my Dr to find out I have a bladder infection and what they prescribed me was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. The staff and Doctor’s are unprofessional! I’ll never go back there for anything!
