Very good ‘bedside” manors. Erica was excellent drawing blood for tests and I didn’t even feel the shot in my buttocks. Amy Foster was the best. Listened to me regarding my symptoms and diagnosis. She had a good plan for my treatment and did an exceptional job following up to make sure I was getting the right results from her treatment. I was also the last patient of the day and didn’t feel as though they rushed at all. Overall, I am very pleased with this Urgent Care office and highly recommend them. Thanks.

A bit disappointed with this Urgent Care. I completely understand that there is a pandemic happening in our world, but there is also other illness that still are happening. Took my daughter there today with no fever, no respiratory issues. Extreme sore throat and swollen glands for over 3 days now. They took her temp, O2 stats which came back normal, all while she sat in our car. Finally touched her to feel her glands and said she wasn't swollen and that her throat isn't red. Umm, Im no doctor (but I am in the medical field) but can tell when someone has a very red throat and swollen glands in the neck. "Go home and do comfort care because the symptoms you have are not what we are looking for" is what we were told. WOW. I will say everyone who handled the registration process was great and the time we actually waited was minimal. Will be finding another UC for any future needs.

The MA and the physician were very kind and professional, the receptionist in the other hand was very arrogant and rude. Every time I would talk to her to ask questions she wouldn’t make eye contact with me, instead she was entering information on the computer not acknowledging what I was saying, then she couldn’t verify my insurance information and when I tried to explain to her what she needed to do ( I work in the medical field and well aware of how insurance verification works) she would cut me off. I decided to call my insurance myself because she insisted I wasn’t insured, once I got confirmation that my insurance was active, I went back to the front desk where she was and gave her the information, she still argued with me and contradicted what I was saying. After I was done seeing the doctor, I stopped at the front desk again to make sure she had all my insurance information correct and she again did not make eye contact with me as I was speaking to her, she instead was looking at the computer monitor. As an administrator and medical professional, it doesn’t matter if your experience in the back office is positive because what matters is the first impression upon arrival and the first person you speak to. This is especially important in a medical office where sick people come in already not feeling well so the last thing you want to do is deal with an arrogant, rude and unprofessional person who is basically the face of the office. And on top at all that her Fake nails where too long and just looked unprofessional.

Understaffed but excellent. Thank you to the staff who recently treated me mid Sunday afternoon. I had come down with terrible bug, breathing problems, fever etc. A welcoming reception, consistently helpful and reassuring medical staff oh, and then there's the late but great dr. Dimples (Not his real name of course)! his smile encouraging, caring medical treatment may have well saved my life. Thanks doc! Be prepared for a wait. But the end result was worth it! This place is underfinanced, understaffed, and underappreciated. Will someone with some power out there please help them help us?. Anne L. 5/5 for urgent med care srvc

I was misdiagnosed :( I went in at 10am and it was kinda of busy so I waited the almost 2 hours I kinda understand that... but I don’t even know if I ever saw a doctor. So one of the nurses there asked about my symptoms and swabbed my throat. Then another lady in a nurse outfit said it wasn’t strep throat even though it looked exactly like strep throat. She then told me to take some aspirin for the pain and I would be fine and that there was nothing they could do. I woke up the next morning in extreme pain and I was not able to talk at all because of my swollen tonsils. I rushed to my normal doctor for my scheduled appt and took one look and confirmed it was strep throat and gave me the antibiotics. I wasted an entire day missing work and with extreme pain because they said it was acute pharyngitis. They also said I had a respiratory infection but they never checked anything on me for it.

I'm from out of town and I got sick during my trip. I went to this UC cause it had good reviews which i now believe to be completely false.Took them 1.5 hours to process my insurance. Then another 2 waiting in the office for the doctor. Who then just used a flowchart to diagnose me. After that the doctor kept insisting that i get my meds there as it is only $20. I wanted my insurance to pay for my meds so i had them send it to the cvs. They gave me a fake printount on their letter stating the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Upon arriving at the pharmacy they tell me nothing has come through. I wait and hour call back still nothing. I call the Urgent care they claim they resent it for me. Waited another hour nothing at pharmacy. I call back and they close at 16:00 not 20:00. So the pharmacist couldn't get a hold of them. So i was stuck without antibiotics. That night my throat infection worsened to the point i had an extremely high fever and developed a sever cough. The next day I called the pharmacy again...nothing. i called the clinic and requested they call it in instead. They said they would. Called cvs an hour later...nothing. At this point i called my health insurance and started a fraud claim. I 3 way called the UC and told them if they don't send my prescription when they hang up the i will press charges. Doubt they keep that recording...5 min later CVS called and said they just called it in.If i could give this UC less than 0 stars i would. -5 stars

After being in pain with my knee for about a month and going to my primary doctor and he tells me to take tylenol for pain. I finally broke down with so much pain to go to Urgent Care. As soon as you walk in the door you felt welcome. Staff was very friend. Wait time was nothing compare to going to ER. I seen the doctor that really listened and heard my concerns and gave me the right meds to my healing process. So professional. I couldn't thank them enough. I will make that a future place to go.

I have been to this urgent care three times with my mother and once for myself. The staff is friendly, and the medical professionals are fantastic. I'd specifically call out the nurse, Sonja, from today's visit. She was a great help in calming the patient, assessing the situation and having everything prepared for the doctor. I highly recommend this urgent care.
