Feedback:

Unfortunately, the customer service has gone way downhill. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but the employees seem miserable and 99% have serious snotty attitude problems. Consider yourself lucky if one employee looks you in the eye to see if you need anything during your whole trip. When I go with my kids, we have one or two cashiers we look for who are "the nice ones." Every time we have to check out with someone else they are extremely rude and unfriendly, or they want to tell us things about our groceries but ignore everything you might have to say back. It's not a conversation, it's their own personal monologue and you happened to be standing there. Please take the job of kindness to the public seriously and stop hiring folks who hate other humans, or find a way to decrease workplace stress if these people are really under a lot of pressure in their organic grocery positions.
