If looking to purchase we love Robert Naderi. So nice and professional and no pressure. Very knowledgeable staff and maintenance crew as well!!! Can say enough about this dealership. New showroom is awesome!!!! Lots of great deals to be made as well.

Went in for a pressure tire system and the service advisor wanted to charge me looking at system since after market wheels on Jaguar xe . Instead trying easy fix which was to adjust pressure on rear , he told me he would have charge me . Drove to Galpin jaguar Robert the service advisor there fixed it in mins and had my car washed . That’s service very unpleasant and unprofessional staff in service department sad dealer looks so nice and new and staff horrible .

The easiest and most fun buying experience I've ever had thanks to my amazing salesman, JR! After telling him what I was looking for, he helped me dial in exactly the vehicle I wanted and it was PERFECT! I got a great deal on my dream car without all the haggling nonsense. JR is a true professional. Thank you, JR and the Jaguar/Land Rover team, for helping me to start 2020 off with a bang in my hot F-Pace. :D

Horror show. Spent two weeks trying to purchase a car online. Cash buyer, did not even negotiate price. Just called and asked to buy the car. This would have been my 3rd Jaguar. Previous dealers were easy and pleasant to work with. Calls, voice mails and emails repeatedly not returned or returned slowly. Simple questions not answered or answered inaccurately. Contract paperwork did not match emails and discussions. Had to pull the pin and walk away after 15 days of delays. Felt like I was begging them to sell me a car.

The Jaguar F-Pace I bought had a rats nest in the engine compartment. Many of the components had been chewed on. The dealership refused to take it back or replace it. They kept it for 2 weeks then gave it back to me with grease smudges on the seats like someone had been standing on them. The floors were also not vacuumed. I complained to Jaguar USA and they told me it would take 30 days to get a response. My advice: go somewhere else.

I’ve been a customer for over 7 yrs - not sure if it’s the new car or a change in staff but what used to be a good experience is now dreaded one. Every time my car goes in for a problem fix, it comes back with yet another one. The response to calls is almost nonexistent. Also, asked to have a salesperson call me the last one because the car appears to be a lemon - still waiting for a call. I guess I won’t be getting a 3rd Jaguar - time for a change. If only the service and car were like they were in 2012.

Purchased a CPO F type. Sales staff was great. It's been 14 months and I want to have the 12 month service done. Apparently Jaguar only allows the 12 month service to be done within 13 months. After that, you are just out of luck. What?? The car gives no such warning and neither does the dealer? Given this absurdity from Jaguar Corporate, you would think in an effort to provide quality customer service I would have been contacted by Silver Star when either a) the 12 month service was due or b) when the time deadline arbitrarily imposed by Jaguar was coming up. Nada. Neither happened. Further that when I complained that the 2nd annual service should be covered by Silver Star since I never heard of nor ever signed anything regarding a time limit for annual service work, that the Silver Star would want a happy customer and offer to give me a complimentary service. This especially given the service is just an oil change and filter. Moreover, knowing that this is a recurring problem for Jag owners, Silver Star one would think, would take actions to avoid the type of unpleasant conversation I just had. All in all pretty disappointing customer service.

I've only dealt with the Parts Dept. but they've been great. I shopped around and they had the best prices for the parts I wanted. When we were trying to identify which parts I needed, they sent me a fax diagram so we could confirm the part # and they ordered it. Very responsive -- don't know about their service, but the guys in Parts have been great!

When you lease $120,000 car you'd expect the return to be pleasant and have someone help you to lease a new car. I was received by Monica Elliott, Sales Administration, who called herself the Lease Manager, and she tells me, I can only return my F-Type R here if I leased it with them. I thought that sounded odd so I decided to look it up online and I found on Jaguars website that I can return it at any dealership period. I shared my discovery with her and then she changed her story. She now responded, yes but our lot if full so we can't take it. This is the Brand New Thousand Oaks Jaguar Location, they have a huge lot and trust me they had at least 40 empty spots... So I turn around pointing at the lot and I say really, no space. Then she reverted back to the previous excuse. At that point, I started raising my voice a little as I don't understand that they didn't even ask me to get another car with them... Obviously I was going to get another Jaguar but definitely not from them. Conclusion, don't go there.
