They need to fix their ordering process. Tried to do an on-line order yesterday. Only to be informed that there were no time slots available. TODAY got a text message that I could pick up the order yesterday. Never got a confirmation that the order was accepted. Gave up today trying to place an order. Then all of a sudden I get a call asking me if I was going to come for my order. They are really screwed up. The least you could have done was offer to waive the delivery charge when I told you I could no longer get there.

So, they announce a 40% off sale for people who order for pickup, and this motivates me to go to newton to pick up my supply.I had a text and email conformation by 2pm of my order, and at 3:15 received a text saying they were assembling it. So I drove to newton from Salem and arrived at 4:30 pm, and was told I had to get a text telling me it was ready. They said to wait in my car for that. So I waited in my car for two hours, and got no text. No one is answering phones there. I drove home and they never did send a text.They wasted four hours of my life, cost me gas money, and triggered every issue I use weed to help.I messaged them but that was five days ago and they never responded. A woman at Melrose said she’d offer me 30 % to drive there and get something. But honestly, that is not good enough.I will report garden remedies to the BBB and the state and any and every organization that holds businesses accountable for not following through on their obligations. This was flat out disgusting how they simply have tried to doge the issue after they did this prosemable to more people than myself.Honor your obligations.

I'm shocked that so many people consider this to be a quality dispensary. It's not. I've had the misfortune of visiting this business twice. First time, super rude door person and clueless budtender. Every answers I had for them was met with a shrug. On the second occasion, I reserved ahead, show up hours after I put in my order, and was told that I need to wait in a gigantic line. In the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Absolutely terrible. Fortunately Massachusetts is full of quality dispensaries, so I won't have to bother with Green Remedies again.

I think after yesterday I’ll probably never do business here again. I really only come here periodically anyways because you sell trash flower but it’s a hard no for me now. I seen they were having a pretty decent 4/20 sale so I had placed a few items on order at around 2:28pm using Dutchie. I get the confirmation text that they have received my order around 3:19pm no big deal, delay is expected on a busy day. My experience with dispensaries using dutchie is when I receive the confirmation text I usually get the “your order is ready etc” 20 mins to an hour after. It gets silent for the remainder of the day. I tried calling the Newton dispensary to check the status of my order and no one would answer the phone. I kept checking the dutchie website for an update on my order and nothing. Once it hit 6:45pm I realized I probably was not going to hear back from them at all which I would’ve just preferred a text telling me my order was cancelled, I ended up taking my talents to Rev Clinics and Liberty to stock up on their great buds. The customer service or lack of service at the Newton location is horrible. Definitely going to continue spending my money at Liberty, Rev Clinics and I’ll even take the 40 minute Drive to Theory or Sanctuary Meds. At least they all have quality product and great service.

Decided to make a visit here just to give Boston's legal dispensaries a try. Poor quality product at even poorer prices... their saving grace (reason why this is 2 starts instead of 1) is surely the ease of access.Product (2/5): For flower, they only had TWO options available, both of them being the same strain. Seems a little crazy that other places and even distributors have various strains while an established dispensary only had two. I ended up purchasing one of the two, only to find that: 1) the flower was bone dry... like you could crush it easily by rubbing it together with two fingers 2) there were seeds in the product, which is honestly unacceptable given the price.Price (1/5): Their prices are absolutely terrible. I'm talking more than TWICE the market rate for their products. My recommendation would be to just shop local and support your neighborhood salesman, because paying 100% more than what it would normally cost you for subpar product is kind of nonsensical.Access (5/5): Setting up an appointment was easy and I was able to visit the dispensary within an hour of doing so. Upon arrival I was helped immediately and the transaction was completed within a few minutes... which is also probably because they didn't have much for me to choose from.All in all, BUY LOCAL and don't trust these greedy dispensaries to provide you with any deals or quality product.

IF I could give them less than one star I would. I had an appointment with the Newton site I arrived 15mins early to learn their hours are shortened and they would open at 1PM. I walked to the near by Whole Foods to wait for them to open. I walked back at 1 to be told rudely they are not taking appointments. So this was a hudge waste of my time. I will not be back!

Their system is always failing whether it's their debit card machine or their online booking feature. These business in MA just can't figure it out, they're always running out of products, they're now forcing you to exit through the entrance, they're always understaffed, and the staff they do have are always rude. Garden just don't seem to know how to manage things without incident.

Public transportation and loads of parking. Easy to find and park. People inside are fantastic. They sell everything you need and have always been in stock for me. There are some bad reviews but the people didn't understand the laws in the town constrain the dispensary's operations. And it is also Newton where all things are more expensive because rents are high. But it is so convenient. Personally I don't pay more than I did elsewhere but I suppose I never shopped this way for this type of thing. The experience there is so well orchestrated they streamline and smooth the experience. I was nervous about buying such things but Corey helped me out. I highly recommend you visit here. They make it easy and you won't spend 5 minutes in line but in case they have tablets there with current products. The door person knows you are coming and has a tablet with the appointments. Making an appointment is easy if you click on the website and it gives an easy way to cancel. I think this firm wants to just remove the lines and formalities and provide an easy experience and this is well suited with the appointment policy. People don't want lines and formalities. Half of the market hasn't even come out yet and admit they want to try. Make the process easy and without police and you can pretend you are just picking up a food order. These people know what they are doing, so I will stick with them. To conclude, they have their own brands which are amazing.

Let me start by saying, I am a medical patient. This place is less than 5 minutes from my house. Their prices are higher than other locations in the area but I was okay paying a premium for the convenience. I've chosen to stop doing business with Garden Remedies after a year of doing business with them. I much prefer driving 20+ minutes to another location to purchase medicinal products where the staff is friendly, professional, and treats their patrons with respect.I really want to like this place. I've visited at least a couple dozen times over the last year; some visits were more pleasurable than most. They usually have what I want in stock, the staff is generally friendly, but the last few times I've been there I was berated by the security staff and the unfriendly folks who work the front desk. Over time this particular location has declined sharply in customer service and professionalism; particularly after they were approved for recreational sales. It has been increasingly more difficult to do business with Garden Remedies. I've tried to call for general inquiries, to schedule an appointment, and to speak with a manager; their call center has been having "technical difficulties" for the last three months. They provide no alternative option to contact them. It's damn near impossible to get a hold of anyone unless you're already in the dispensary to buy something.Save yourself the trip.

I am a Medical Patient, the prices here are high compared to the rest of the state, and the flower is typically very old. For example, yesterday 1/16/2020 I got 3.5g of flower and it was from July 2019, super dry, no flavor, just sawdust that bruns easily. Vapes are almost $20 more then other shops in the city. New patient promotion is good, on par with others in the city. Won't go back after I use my 4 discounts.
