The staff is nice and service is fast but everything is over priced you buy a 60$ eighth it cost 90$ after you add the operation fees and taxes, I go to Grass Roots not to far away 60$ eighth is 60$ same weed same brand and they have an online menu on tablets a much better experience. Also I bought a half of lava cake labeled as indica lava cake and I go on the growers website and it says there lava cake was a sativa :(, so if your willing to pay 50percent more here's your store.

Kinda overpriced and they don't always have enough cheaper $25 1/8ths, they run out a lot. They should stock more products that people on a budget can afford. Not everyone is rolling in cash. Especially during this covid 19 going on. But it is very convenient and most of the staff seem friendly. Some times I get the vibe they're only in it for the money..like they're not really concerned with pleasing a customer and making their visit comfortable and friendly. Overall is aight!

Last Friday they texted me about a sale they were having that day. When I got there guess what kind of sale they were having? No sale. All the employees I have met here so far are awesome, but it is obvious the people running this are greedy as hell. Prices are waaaaay marked up and they falsely advertise sales. Spend your money elsewhere.

I'd recommend going elsewhere. I was pretty stunned by the lack of customer service I received here.I purchased a vape battery and cartridge today. A few hours later I go to use it only to find out that it doesn't work for whatever reason. Because I don't want any issues, I decide to hop back in my car to return it for something different all in the same day.I head back into the store to explain what happened and exchange it for something else. They disappear and after some time tell me the cartridge is clogged so I can return that but that they cannot take the battery since technically "it works". I explain that I really am not interested in a product I had an immediate issue with, yet am met with a response that "it's the managers decision". Now I'm a pretty non confrontational guy, but I also don't feel as though my request is all that unreasonable here. So I ask to please speak to the manager to help me better understand. I was shocked when the employee came back and told me they are "too busy" to speak with me. I was literally the only person in the store at that time.All in all, their actions proved they'd rather lose a customer over just $30. This says a lot about a business and the people running it -- and it's not one I want to support.

Came in for my first time and was totally blown away at the appearance of the place. Extremely well laid out and organized, excellent product selection, and awesome service. I'm new to the cannabis world and the staff were more than accommodating by educating me and helping me make the right selection. Will definitely be back here again!!

They have a variety of options to choose from, and the staff is extremely patient and chatty (in a good way). I can also see that their product comes from reliable sources. Every time I've been there, their store is always neat and clean, and their hospitality is always welcoming. They also have these "store pets" that would wonder around and tend to those who are waiting for the next available customer service. Their delivery service are also worth mentioning. Very punctual and the driver is always polite and presentable. This is a very solid place and will continue to support this business.

Customer service is NOT something this store has!!! My experience began going downhill fast starting with the door man I wasn't even sure he had a pulse as he was struggling to answer my questions as a first-time customer. Then the clerk was just as out the lunch as the other guy at the door so I just walked out. Just because it's a pot store doesn't mean everybody working there needs to be so loaded that they act like zombies. I was hoping this could be my go-to spot as I live in pacifica. I wish them the best of luck...

This was my first visit and I must say...... I was wonderfully impressed from the moment I walked in the door!!!! I was greeted by a very nice man who was very informative and I was given a ticket for a discount on my purchase. I proceeded to the merchandise and the shop is very well set up. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable,and happy to answer any and all questions. Prices are good,and they have everything you could want. Big bonus...... even though its in San Mateo County, you don't need a medical card to shop. Lytt is now my one stop shopping place. I love Lytt and I will be a regular customer!!!! I highly recomend this lovely establishment!!!!

Extremely Disappointed with this store. Employees don’t seem properly trained, from the initial person who checks you in to the people inside who don’t have much knowledge of store policies and products. Everyone slouched on their phones. I was in SF for 4 days, in those 4 day, the 5% first customer discount was discontinued and a new confusing policy was issued. I purchased a “pax vapor pen” that was advertised by the bud tender as something you could modify on an app on your phone, the “pax” model I purchased doesn’t have the app function. They were sold out of many products. Also, this dispensary doesn't carry any rolling papers for sale, had to go to 7-11 up the street. Called the store to wait on hold for 10 minutes to be hung up on. Not a great customer experience at all. I would spend your hard earned money at a dispensary willing to bring you better customer experience.

All the staff is really caring and helpful! This place has a wide variety of everything :) Makes it much easier to find what I need! The “shop dogs” are adorable as well :) Definitely worth checking it out! P.S. Security guys there are really friendly and helpful as well!
