I had to file a formal complaint against this station and staff with regards to discrimination and would never recommend anyone to visit this location. I love terrapin, i shop multiple times a week, all their locations are solid, except this one (I blame the staff). My problem? An ID with a minor chip on the top right that doesnt have any legible information damaged on it. Ive used this ID consistently across all stations and have never had a problem. When calling another station they told me its "manager discretion", so does that mean instead of having one rule across the board for all stations that all stations follow, you can sit there and discriminate people on your high horse? The staff is extremely rude here, and honestly save yourself the trouble and go to a different terrapin location (not that it matters since its all one company) but im making this at least to call out the staff and really hope they receive a talk and get on the same page as the other stations, thanks.

Long time customer. Just had a terrible experience at the Manhattan store. One choice of flower. That choice wasn't on the web site, which is no big deal...until I was berated by some 21y old transplant, that I should've checked the web site before bothering them by showing up and waiting 20mins to find they have nothing. This is what happens when customer's no longer matter.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They tried to tell me i can't use my passport with my Med card. This is after I was called later than a person getting there before me. Oh and then I called Twin Peaks and another dispensary out of Boulder and guess what you can use your passport with a med card...why cause its a FEDERAL ID and valid everywhere. I don't think they realize how stupid they are. Good one management on your hiring system.

I’ve been going here as a med patient for nearly 6 years and they’ve always been great until the recent addition of the recreation side at the Manhattan location. Now they are always out of everything but say they have plenty on the rec side. The employees are beyond amazing and it’s a good environment and their products are good when they have them but when they’re out of stock so often I have to wonder why I even bother to come here as a med patient anymore.

Let me start off by saying I've been shopping at Terrapin for a number of years as my go to dispo for flower and cartridges. Today however, will unfortunately be my last visit.The lady manager (?) tried to get the new guy to ring up half of my house shelf purchase as top shelf, so I corrected them. I used to get a live and work in Boulder 10% discount, but the bald raspy middle aged guy (also manager?) tried to tell me I'm wrong and it doesn't exist with exception to a couple local businesses. He asked what I did and then proceeded to grill me about how Terrapin employees might benefit from my service as a quid pro quo ("what do you guys do for us?"). Not the worst thing in the world I know.Additionally, I've been saving up my terrapoints to use in the future but recently they changed the system, taking away/changing some of the rewards (no free cone for introductory bottom level reward which I hadn't yet used, $10 top shelf eighth now requires a greater equivalent of points, and the $89 top shelf ounce reward used to be valid for bottled 8ths and now isn't top shelf but rather the half ounce bud bags of house shelf strains).I wouldn't normally rate somewhere so few stars, but the way the bald guy treated us left me a speechless for a moment.Apologies to the brand new budtender I was dealing with as none of this was his fault, but I will be seeking out new place to give my hundreds of dollars per month.

I would give it a zero star if I could. Apparently now if you buy a product from them that doesn’t work. Once you leave the store you can’t return it. Not even 2 minutes later! Their receipt says you have seven days to return a faulty product they tell you while you’re there. “ If you have any issues just let us know and we will happily exchange or return anything with your receipt “ fair enough Right? . Well they are no longer honoring their policy. 2 minutes after reciting it in there store today the “manager “ told me this. Okay, so about 1 minute after walking out with what turned out to be a faulty cartridge today I walked back in with my receipt and everything in toe and let them know it wasn’t working. The “manager” immediately came out to the reception area and very rudely refused to return or even exchange it. He said it’s a new policy saying only one transaction a day so they will not refund or exchange anything and the policy they recited to me multiple times just minutes earlier and the return policy printed On their receipt isn’t valid. I tried to ask him how they were going to return something and then resell it to me tomorrow (2 transactions) if they couldn’t do it today? He didn’t have an answer. Oh but he did say “I can’t get a refund” that wasn’t an option at all. He was extremely rude and it was a terrible embarrassing experience. I’m NOT a confrontational person. For this reason, I have never returned a non functional product like this in my life. I don’t know why or what possessed me to try to do it today. They were just so reassuring two minutes before so I thought it would be okay. It was mortifying. I will never go back there again. Had I known the “ acting manager” was going to do that to me I would’ve just thrown 20 bucks in the garbage and saved myself the embarrassment. They lost a good, friendly, loyal customer over like a $20 item? Unbelievable. PLEASE NOTE : THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY IS “ NOT VALID ANYMORE” the return policy on the Receipt and on the walls and that they site numerous times everywhere.. they are no longer honoring. I’m pretty sure that’s not even legal. Very disappointing. Go somewhere else, it’s a shame because the rest of the staff has always been so amazingly nice. However any shop that would do that to their customers doesn’t deserve your business. That is like stealing, selling something faulty then refusing to return it, refusing to honor you own written and verbal return policy is stupid and shameful, and for 20 bucks. What a waste.

I had to give it a 4. Only because I have only been there once. I've been a med member at Herbal Wellness, Iqudi, & Seed & Smith. At Terrapin they were so nice & explained things to me. I've only been a med pot user for a couple years. There's a lot to know. They helped me it all! Even learned something's I didn't know. Smoke on Grandma!!!

I’ve always had a generally good experience with this dispensary although I will say that it is not my first choice. I do come here primarily for the edibles and deals on those and not so much the flower or anything else. That isn’t to say that their flower is bad quality, it isn’t. It’s good but nothing overwhelming. I just feel that I can get more quality for the amount that I pay at other locations. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful with any issues that I’ve ever had and for that I will give it 4 stars. If I was basing my review purely off of the product and pricing then I would probably have rated it a 3. There are just too many dispensaries in this area too be average to above average, which I believe this dispensary is.

Do your research to find that there are over a dozen dispensaries with better quality and better price within city limits.EDIT: The review responses here are pathetic. I have bought Ozes from Terrapin as the marketing recommends. Since about 2016, even the "best" there has not been special at all. It used to be different, but the place is selling 1/16ths at the price of my costliest stop for 1/8ths. Low THC, low effort on the REC side (my experience, anyway!) Perhaps you all need to take the time to study the art of cultivation before condescending to those who have a reason to by living here, seriously... The subsequent trolling of reviews in attempt to redeem your false image as quality providers? Again, pathetic. Thanks for using your privileged position in this once leading city -- to contribute to the ruining of the City's status in the Cannabis industry. Now all the weed will be grown in Denver, and you will find yourselves selling Cannabaco. The time is here for the rebranded dope-scam artists find a new names and new purpose-- so that evolution can occur.
