Ordered same day delivery and they called me telling me it was to late. Okay that's fine with me. I asked if I would get refunded the same day delivery charge and the employee said no. I asked why would I be charged same day delivery if I'm not getting it the same day. The employee gave some baseless answer. So I cancelled my order, got my $9.99 back, and ordered from another location. LOLOLOL! Some real numnuts working here.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I had such a horrible experience with this location and the owner/manager that I had to write a review so users can avoid what I just went through. The owner/manager tried to extort me for a delivery fee 24hrs AFTER I already paid and received confirmation using a promo code for free delivery. I placed an order over the phone yesterday with an onsite representative from this location, to be delivered today to Malibu. I was able to use a promo code from the Edible Arrangements website to receive free delivery. After completing my order I received the attached confirmation detailing the delivery address, date, and that the delivery would be free.Today I got a phone call from a representative at this location stating that if I did not pay the $35 delivery fee my order would have to be cancelled and my money refunded. Being that I had a confirmation from the order that stated free delivery I assumed there must have been a mistake so I requested the manager/owner give me a call. The manager did call me and was very rude and dismissive, she stood by the statement that if I did not pay the delivery fee she would have to cancel my order. She proceeded to say they do not deliver to Malibu; 24 hours AFTER my ordered has been reviewed and confirmed by an employee at this location who entered the address where it was to be delivered.The excuse to cancel my order can't be you don't deliver to Malibu when you say that you will deliver to Malibu if I pay the same $35 delivery fee that was waived from the promo code!!

I ordered a Birthday arrangement for our abuelita for her Bday and the Santa Monica Edible Arrangement store did an amazing job!! The lady who answered the phone provided great customer service and even though she initially misspelled my abuelitas name she was happy to correct it and I later confirmed she kept her word. I love how the lady who took phone order was bilingual and was able to provide translation in Spanish for a lovely birthday message. Also she took the initiative to add a Birthday balloon in Spanish without me asking, that important added detail definitely warmed my heart and made me a forever customer. It showed me how much their store cares to provide a personal experience for everyone. I ordered the bday arrangement with pineapple choc cupcakes & sprinkles & with the circle chocalate bday sign in the middle. Our abuelita absolutely loved it!! Her and our other family members expressed how fresh and delicious their arrangement was (that was also VERY important to me!). From the pictures the arrangement looked beautiful and just perfect for a medium size order. I will definitely be ordering again and again. Muchisimas Gracias!! Keep up the Amazing work!!

Had a horrible experience today with this store. Normally order from here but usually go and pick up. This time for Valentines Day I couldn’t pick up, so paid over $20 extra for delivery and was worst mistake ever. They told me would get delivered before 5pm and didn’t happen. Then when called to complain, the so called “owner” there, very rude girl gave me a very hard time. Had to call corporate. Anyways, pls don’t ever order for delivery here or yet I would look for a different store with better ratings. I guess for a reason they have a bad rating.

Horrible customer service. I walked in to buy a smoothie. I was completely ignored. Everyone was too busy in the back. If making to-go orders for walk in customers is not feasible for this location, they should focus on just doing delivery orders. Bad customer service is not ok! I hoped in my car and drove to whole foods for a smoothie.

This place is extraordinarily excellent customers service I call them with a hell Mary didn't want to be in the doghouse it was my wife's birthday I call them after work they made a delivery with a 2 Hour lead way they were able to perform and deliver within an hour and a half thank you edible arrangement she absolutely loved it

I wanted to bring a box with me to dinner at a friend's house one Saturday evening and I thought it might be a good opportunity to try this place out. I called 10:45 the same day and asked if picking up that same day around 4:30 pm would be ok? The lady, Antonia, said it was fine, "no problem". When I show up at 4:30pm to pick up my order, the lady at the desk, Deyma, says "your daughter called and said you wouldn't be able to make it today to pick it up so we don't have anything ready for you." I expressed how this could not be possible as I do not have any daughter, nor did anyone know I even placed this order this morning. My conclusion was that someone must have called in pertaining to a different customer but then this note/message was noted on my order in error. Whereas it was certainly upsetting to realise I now had to scout last minute for another gift to bring to my friends for dinner, the most upsetting was that Deyma in the store was not more forthcoming, expressing how it must have been a mistake. No, it was a fact that "my daughter had called and cancelled the pick up". I asked to speak to the manager, was told her name was Lulu but that she was not available to speak to any customer. As a rep for the store, it would have been polite to at least recognise that they had made a mistake and tried to rectify it somehow, or offering something. With these arrangements, potentially being future gifts for larger catering parties and such and to employees (one of my purposes of wanting to try them out), I found their response to the situation extremely rude. After claiming that my daughter had called, although I told them I have no daughter, they finally agreed to at least return my money but expressed it would take 8-10 business days. I never received any apology. I will for sure never ever go back to this place again.
