At least 20% of employees walk around with masks pulled down under their chin or their nose hanging out. Meanwhile the announcement plays on the loudspeaker ad nauseum to wash your hands, wear your masks like we do at Wal-Mart, your safety is important. Really?? if my safety is important, you'd make sure employees have on their masks. This lack of enforcement on employee masking is directly traced to management at Wal-Mart. There are security cameras aimed at me all over the store, use 'em to keep me safe, please!Amazon pantry for me until things settle down. I gave this Wal-mart 2 tries with masks/cleanliness. i'm out.

Ordered an Xbox One controller and a manicure set for delivery. Both items were out of stock. They replaced the manicure set with an “equivalent” purchase of 9 separate nail files and still delivered my order charging the full delivery amount.Well done Walmart. Thanks for reminding why I should never shop at Walmart

I tried to buy items online for in-store pickup at this store several times and all of the purchases were then cancelled as unavailable by Walmart the next day. This store has poor inventory control and the web site is usually wrong about items being in stock for pickup. I recommend using a different store if you don't want your order cancelled.

Today I tried to return clothes I had bought the week before. The girl at customer service told me they weren't taking returns on clothes & she didn't know when corporate would change that. Okay. Not a problem. I asked her to mention to her manager to have the cashiers tell customers this temp policy. She replied that there were signs stating it. True & false. There are signs at customer service. I don't know about you, but I'm not checking out at customer service... so not helpful. Just put signs around the clothing & self check out departments that state " no clothing returns at this time." Really it should just state no returns since most items are non returnable. I walked all around the clothing section again today and there wasn't one sign regarding returns. I walked over to the dressing room and they have signs posted there; about the dressing rooms being closed & no returns. Tiny signs with small print. I don't try on clothes at Walmart so of course I didn't see the tiny signs they have posted. This is an easy fix. Have your cashiers mention it to customers before their purchases. It isn't that difficult. I was at ARC the other day and before the cashier rang up my purchases she told me they weren't taking back any returns. It took her less then a minute to tell me that. Also, please train your customer service employees to be more forthcoming with information. Getting info from the customer service girl was like pulling teeth. I was there to return, not to work. I work customer service, it sucks, but it's your job to help the customers and give them information. Smile & nod, smile & nod. Act friendly.

I won't be back here again. If you want to make useless masks a store policy that's your right as a buisness. Don't put signs outside this location saying it's a order from local or state government. That's only on Denver this is Douglas county. Least don't lie to The people. Also shopped at 2 other stores less than a mile away and no fake sign there.

I have been searching for a bike and there is a gentleman in the bike department and his name is David. He had been the most helpful, the kindest guy I know. I have come three days in a row at 7am looking for a bike and every morning David has been extremely helpful and friendly and alway offered to check the inventory for me and was just phenomenal in customer service, kindness, and always giving me the next direction to go. This gentlemen is an absolute ROCKSTAR and needs to be recognized. Brandan, if you are reading this, please shout out David and give him a promotion! This guy is phenomenal!

This Wal-Mart is located in Highlands Ranch. It has a sign out front stating it is State/Local law to wear a mask inside a Public Place. It is not state law. I looked this up online and found the following on kdvr.com Where are you required to wear a mask in Colorado? See full listLone Tree around here is the only municipality that requires you to wear a face mask inside a retail store.Krispin Andersen

Picked up a hand carry basket my wife picked up a push cart. On exiting I put my basket in her's and started out the door to drop off the baskets for cleaning. I was told to put the hand basket back where I got it. I asked the gentleman what about cleaning. He told me he would clean it. Really? He will clean the basket I put back where I picked it up before the next person comes in and picks it up? Not! And, you shouldn't be standing there talking to a young woman about plants when you are responsible for sanitizing the baskets. Oh, and where's your mask?

First time using the Walmart grocery pickup service due to social distancing and being safe in public. Spent 40 minutes getting a list of 28 items together for our family of three. As time slots to pickup groceries fill up fast I had to select a time two days in advance at 5 PM to 6 PM on my way home from work. I pulled into the pickup parking spot and a representative was there to assist with getting my order. That was nice. Unfortunately the entire order had been cancelled due to high demand and I didn't get the email until after I had left the store. Checking my Walmart account I found that the order contents had been removed as well. So my time spent adding items to the list and driving to the store was an absolute waste. Why couldn't the order at least be saved for a possible time in the future? So, I guess my (almost) first time to order grocery pickup from Walmart will be my last. Poor form from Walmart but a pleasant, albeit short, experience from the young man working there. Thanks but no thanks to a frustrating experience.

It's smaller than some, but it's large enough to be sufficient. I've had issues with the automotive department however. Several times I've had to wait for assistance. The employees in the shop will act like they don't see you and won't come to the counter to assist you right away. This has happened with other customers as well. The service manager was very rude and acted like, "Another customer?" when I went there for an oil change. I ended up doing it myself. I later called the store and reported the problems that I had experienced over several months to the store manager and I told him that I would never bring my vehicles there again for service. Brandon, the general manager, said that he took my concerns very serious and was going to deal with it immediately. He said that the automotive department had been short handed but, that was no excuse for the rudeness and poor service. I appreciated him taking my concerns seriously. He invited me to meet with him the next time that I came to shop there.
