Planet Express is the worst shipping service I have ever used. - Its shipping rates are higher than its competitors. On top of this, they tag on extra charges for sending out your packages. - Its repacking service is hopeless. I requested for this twice. The first one took 3-4 business days. The second one is STILL not packed after 5 business days. Apparently, even a simple task like this takes them days and days to do. When I complained about this, the team cancelled my repack request without giving a reason. Not only is their service bad, they also give you attitude should you complain. Eventually, a member of their team reached out to be me to offer USD$10 shipping credit as an apology But he insisted that my package could not be repacked into a smaller box. That's a lie. The package in the warehouse measures 14 x 11 x 15 inches. It only has one item in it, a bottle of health supplements measuring 3.1 x 3.1 x 5.2 inches. This means the box is 3-4 times the size of the item inside it. The measely US$10 shipping credit does not cover the extra space the box takes up during shipping if it is not repacked. Why should I have to spend extra money because your team refused to repack the box as it said it would?- The packages they send out are hopelessly late. I used their USPS service which promised delivery of my package in 10-12 business days. It arrived in 20 business days. Even worse, when I asked where it is, I was given a list of lies why the package was not delivered, like the local postal operator in my country refused to deliver international packages due to Covid-19 (why even offer this service in this case?), and the package would be sent out the next working day (it was not). If you have difficulties, it is ok, just be honest. No need to give your clients the run around. It is very unprofessional. Website is very easy to navigate. Handling fee was only $ 5. Multiple options for shipping. I chose the second cheapest option which was FedEx. The seller provided me with tracking number so I could see when the shipment arrived at planet express. It took less than 24 hours before they had it shipped again.FedEx delivery only took 4 days to Sweden. So the total time from seller to me was 6 days.Another good thing was the fact that you got to fill out the declaration yourself. The only reason my review was not five stars was the fact that I paid extra for extra bubble wrap and "fragile" stickers and got neither one.I would absolutely recommend!

I wish I could give them -100,000 stars. Terrible company running a scam of a business. I ordered a mask off of one of their websites falmoda.com. I thought okay, I like the mask and design so I bought it without second guessing. All of the sudden I was hit with an international fee of 21 cents and realize that the company was based out of South Korea. Then a week later, I tracked my order and it still remains as "Processing". I emailed "Sulishop" (another online store front for Planet Express) which sent me the email confirming my order, with no response. I called the number that was on my email and it lead me to Planet Express' menu. It keeps saying that "All Agents are busy right now" no matter how many times I called. I finally emailed Planet Express to see what is the status of my order. I noticed also that Sulishop and Planet Express share the same address and phone number. This is very frustrating over a $21 mask. Never shop with one of their store fronts unless you want the run around.

Do NOT ship with that company:I used to be very satisfied with Planet Express. But this time everything was totally different in negative kind of way:I bought an extended e-bike battery and Planet Express won‘t ship it. So, I called FedEx and they explained me, e-bikes batteries can be shipped as dangerous goods with 3 labels. So, I sent the labels to Planet Express for putting them on the package and was ready for organise a pick-up of FedEx, but Planet Express still claim the battery can’t be shipped. They can’t ship it, so they could send it back to the sender? Yes, but you need to pay 7 Dollars and create a prepaid shipping lable on your own. I thought, areyou kidding me? First they name theirselves a shipping company and can’t ship a battery, although FedEx said it’s possible. Second they can’t create a prepaid shipping label for you, but you need to pay them for creating it on your own. That’s just not fair! Like I said I used to be happy with their services, but that case is just not fair and made me feel really sad.

Excellent mail forwarding service and SO fast. I ordered a very large Anthropologie (primrose) mirror (60lbs) from the states to Canada using this mail forwarding service. I was so worried as the item was very expensive and very fragile. It came within days and in perfect condition. I am so pleased and I would totally use planet express again!!

Frequently used for international fraud. If you send packages here, expect them to sometimes just DISAPPEAR. Get absolute proof of sending things, delivery, and your buyer's IDENTITY before you even so much as THINK about sending something here.Lost more than $1000 to fraud through this location. They did nothing to help recover the stolen goods. You. Have. Been. Warned.

I’ve dealt with Planet Express a few times but didn’t have issues till this last time. The timeline which Planet Express has for one of its couriers ‘Aramex’ are completely incorrect for the Oregon warehouse. The timelines on the site say 5-8 days and I only received my package after almost a month of waiting. Because of this I was forced to order a second package with similar content (mostly exactly identical content) but this package had more in it. Interestingly, the second package which I got delivered through FedEx only had approximately 1/3rd of the custom duties which I was charged as opposed to Aramex. So while the “stated” cost for Aramex is low, it’s actually not. Also the shipping times are very misleading. To top things off, communication from Aramex and Planet Express has been extremely poor. While I was reassured that I’d be given updates none of this was done. Use planet express - especially with Aramex - very, very carefully.
